Community Volunteerism
Arthrex is proud to contribute to a stronger, healthier community through volunteer efforts. We support over 100 nonprofits in Southwest Florida, South Carolina and California each year.
Volunteer PTO
To support volunteer efforts, Arthrex provides employees with eight hours of Volunteer Paid Time Off (PTO) every year. This benefit is available to all employees upon their first day of employment, including temporary and part-time employees.
