In situations where devices cannot be decontaminated or packaged in a way that satisfies local regulations and requirements, they should not be returned to Arthrex. Dangerous items, such as damaged lithium-ion batteries, must not be returned to Arthrex. Images should be provided during the initial Global Product Support Request if the device associated cannot be returned.
To submit a request for service or report a complaint or adverse event, please complete the product feedback form applicable to your region.
Once complete, your feedback will be assigned a ticket number that will be used as reference in any ongoing communication.
